i baught a ac of hitachi on 23/03/2011.its not working properly from last two months.i have called many times in hitachi customer care but they are not taking any action i think they are in sleeping mode.that,s why i am facing so problames.as per the ac is in warranty after that they are not taking any type of action.one time they send a engineer but he was saying all are services are chargeble.but there are not type of any charges in warranty.
now iam very fristed with the services of company.please give me justice.
