I bought an Hitachi 1.5 ton window AC on 8th April 2012 from Croma. Just 1 month after the date of purchase, the AC stopped cooling. I registered a complaint on 8th May 4 o clock in the morning.
The next day , a technician came and said theat the gas has leaked out. I don't want a gas refill. I don't understand how could an AC stop working within 1 month from the date of purchase. I want my AC to be replaced.
I asked the Hitachi customer care executive to get my AC replaced with a new one and he asked me to go to the dealer from where I purchased the AC for replacement. I went to Croma and the Croma people said that Replacement can be done by Hitachi. I called back Hitachi again and this time they said that the Fusion services will be decide whether AC should be replaced or not.
I have called Hitachi Customer care more than 10 times.

I want to get my AC replaced. Please suggest
