Hi,

I had given an order for a whirlpool 20 ltr microwave to HS18, I have also paid a total amount of rs. 3490.00, and i supposed to get my product after 12 days of my payment. But it is already more than 18 days and i have called several times to the HS 18 costoumer service but neither they are giving my prodcut nor they are refunding my money. I want to take legal action on Home Shop 18 now.
