I am not satisfied with IFB washing machine product and service
I bought IFB TOP load washing machine 6 months back from Sneha electronics , Humayan Nagar Hyderabad, at the Demo time itself , Product was failed , after given complaint , after two weeks problem was Resolved.
Now after 3 Months again it is failed , I log a complaint on 5 June , Still they are not able resolved problem and they are not responding , I called nearly 20 times to Call centre of IFB still no response and my complaint number 4600169, Now i requesting replacement of the product
