I am at Trichy, Tamil Nadu. My IFB washing machine was not working and I lodged a complaint with customer care centre at Bangalore over phone 15 days back (01.06.2010 at 10.55 a.m.,). Service Engineer G.Vengatesh came on 05.06.2010 after repeated reminders. He told that some parts got damaged and were to be replaced. He assured that it would be done in two days. But he did not turn up. Several phone calls made to him and more than five visits to the service centre located near Maris theatre, Trichy were all in vain. The above mentioned Service Engineer responded in impolite and irresponsible manner. The staff in the service centre is all along irresponsive. Even after fifteen days the parts are not replaced. My machine is under AMC . We have all modern appliances in our house. But IFB service is undoubtedly the worst of all services. I started advising all my friends and relatives not to buy any IFB product. I hope atleast this last effort of mine will bring fruits.
