    Default IFB Customer Care

    IFB Sucks! I have their dish washer, and i wud have used it for a max of 15 times in the last 4 years. But the number of complaints will average out to 20 for the last 4 years! Please do not buy IFB products. They are not same as before. When I bought the dishwasher, they were good which was in Hyderabad.
    Esp in Chennai, they are really BAD! Usually people wont remember the complaint number. So they close the call and create a new one saying you registered only last week where in you would have registered 3 weeks back and lost track of it.
    If you want a good service, please dont buy IFB. I am using LG washing machine, but have not called the customer service much, so dont know their service details. But IFB really SUCKS. And all my friends say the same.

    Default IFB Dishwasher

    My complaint number is 480 4843. They closed the complaint even without coming to our house.The complaint closed comment was " Customer said he will call". After hearing this, they register a new complaint, but it is 1 days since they registered. There is a person called Srinivas. He is the Assistant Manager supposed to be, but will never pick up your calls. Please get this issue addressed. I am their AMC customer. I have never seen such a bad customer service. I use all sort of products, but this is the only IFB product i have. IFB has the worst service ever.

    Angry pathetic service

    never seen such a bad customer care. bought an oven thru' Homeshop. the demo was supposed to be given within 24 hours but after numerous calls to different channels got it after more than 48 hours.. then there was this starter kit with the cake tray that was used by the guys at store god knows for what purpose (as eating utensil or for some testing that the guys are claiming). but it has prominent traces of leftovers and a very bad odor of rotten food. its been 5 days and not a single positive response from numerous channels that every contact point has been referring to, no commitment from them but some 'dekhte hain' type remarks.
    can i hope for some assistance from this forum? can somebody provide some useful contacts within the organisation - like the Delhi region head?

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    we purchased IFB NEPTUNE in Hyderabad in July 10th, Four days ago on 16th August we placed an order for 1 detergent and 2 rinse- aid at your costumer care Bangalore - 04039004321, we were told that it will be delivered in 24 hours after 36 hours we again gave a call to bangalore center, this time he gave me number of MS.ASSOCIATES and we contacted MR, Sayed and placed our order, he replied that our order was very small and a minimum of four detergent had to be ordered for delivery.Else the customer has to go to there office and collect it,I know that this is not the policy of IFB so I called back the Bangalore center and took the number of Manager in Hyderabad Mr. Anupam, I have spoken to him twice on the 19th of August and he assured me that product I need will be delivered in a few hours, Nothing has happened so far,I am trying his number today 20th of August and he is not taking my call, I cannot run my dishwasher for want of rinse-aid and detergent Now you tell me what I should do? We are unhappy with the service and it is our suggestion you make all these products Available in the super market so that it is easy for us to purchase.This is a SOS CALL please React immediately.

    Default IFB Washing Machine - bad product and service sucks

    I purchased an IFB Washing M/c senator 6.5 kg in May 2009. This was my second IFB machine, I had an earlier IFB machine which I used for around 10 years and had excellent experience.

    The machine has broken down several times in last one year including the motor which was replaced around 6 months back. For last 10 days now, the machine is not working again. I registered a complaint with IFB customer care complaint no #4645377. The technician from Lakshmi Service center has come 4 times but no solution yet. First he said some part was faulty, then he said faulty motor, then he came with a broken motor. I have already reached out to Sr executive Ranveer, the service center owner Sanjay, IFB senior officers Ashish Samanta and Rajesh Gaur. They are either not reachable or out of town or say that they will call back which they never do. I have made almost 50 calls to the service center and various people in last 9 days but to no avail. Pathetic customer service and not sure what SLAs they are operating with. I don't think I'll ever buy an IFB product again or recommend anyone to do that.

    Can someone on this forum help me out in getting this resolved.

    Default IFB Customer care- washing machine

    IFB customer care is worst department I have ever seen. I logged on complaint for washing machine on 19-Aug-2010 and complaint number is 4960260. They visited on 21-Aug-2010 and then conveyed that machine has serious problem and can be resolved at service station only. They confimed they will arrange machine transportation on the same day and today it is 26-Aug-2010 and I am contiuously following up with them to carry the machine to service station and repair it. However, this worst customer dept, especially the Hyderabad office no (040-39004321), Service coordinator Raju (Mobile: 9396955807) and Supervisor Anupam (Mobile: 9394806484) are not responding. They either disconnect/ switch off the phone or do not respond.
    I appreciate if consumer court deparment can really take necessary action against these cheater companies who just sell the product and do not know the what customer relationship is!!

    Default pathetic services and fraud co.

    I purchased an IFB Washing M/C ELLENA 6 years ago and took AMC since teh date of purchase.My latest AMC no. 197952 dated 29-1-2010, through paying the cheque for rupees 3309/- i.e. paid upto 7-Feb 2012.

    The machine has broken down several times in last one year including the motor which was replaced around 6 months back. For last 10 days now, the machine is not working again. I registered a complaint with IFB customer care . The technician from MGJ Services center has come and thoroughly checked the machine and informed me that the Body of the Machine has been damaged and has to be replaced by paying rupees 5000/- as it was not covered under AMC. rupees 5000/- to expend on old machine ,i compelled to purchase a new semi automatic wasing machine costing Rs. 7000/- After 2 days one another electrical machanic came to my house to repair the fan, i showed my washing machine to him, he checke dand told me that the machine is ok and only the heater is not working he repaired it and charged Rs. 300/-.Now it is smoothly working, it appears that the service engineer of the company IFB, is not well trained and experinecd enough to correctly detect as to where the fault lies. By solely relying on the statement made by him,i have to purchase a Semi Automatic Machine by paying Rs.7000/- .In this way, i have been cheated. I have to incur a loss of Rs.7000/-, which could ahve been easily avoided had i got the job done by local mechanic. In view of the above i sincerly request you to kindly make good the loss of Rs.7000/- and also pay Rs.25000/- for the harrashment and mental agony suffered by me for no fault on my part.



    I have already reached out to manager Lalit gupta,9911450107; Mr. Yograj,9310615183 ; ms. Monika 90889678. They are either not reachable or out of town or say that they will call back which they never do. I have made almost 50 calls to the service center and various people in last 3 months but to no avail. Pathetic customer service and not sure what SLAs they are operating with. I don't think I'll ever buy an IFB product again or recommend anyone to do that.

    Can someone on this forum help me out in getting this resolved.

    Thumbs down Ifb dishwasher service lousy

    This is regarding my dishwasher , my complaint no is 4977181
    I had register the complaint regarding my dishwasher on 21st of August 2010
    and was told the complainted will be attended with in 48hr.
    As no one came to attended the complaint I called the the call center
    on 25th of August 2010 again , that time I was told the complaint is put on high priority
    and will be attended by next day , no one came till 28th august 2010 so I called again
    that time I was given the no of the service incharge called Mr. Pankaj Rane of the pune region and asked to call him regarding my complaint
    "THE SO CALLED NO SAYS INVALID NO"

    IS "IFB" PEOPLE TRYING TO FOOL CONSUMER BY GIVING SUCH INVALID NOs ???????????????"

    IFB SERVICE IS LOUSY SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Question Microoven not working

    It is the one of worst company which has worst customer care service.I have microven which does not work since last three months. Model no of the microven is 30scz. I have lodged complained thrice and recent one on 6/9/2010 My complaint number is 5057711. Customer ID 2137232 .So for the problem is not attended.The product is in AMC.Somebody called twice saying that today technician will visit my house but never turned up.Likewise many times without attending problem they close the complaint.This rediculeous if this continues I have to approach the consumer forum.
    Once again I request immediatly attend the problem/

    Thumbs down Don't buy an IFB product beware customer care

    Well, I was writing my recent experiences but lost whatever I typed by some wrong keystrokes.... but the gist is - IFB Customer care sucks. I thnk and find the product is good, but I am no good judge as this IFB washing m/c only I have bought twice. But I'm sure will strike off the word "IFB" from my list of trsuted brands. Thanks and may IFB care help you if you bought an IFB.

    I have purchased a dishwasher 2 months back, they took one month to install the machine n gave us some detergents for the machine and they were running out of stock of salt which is required for the machine to run. I am still waiting for the salt n there is no response from the customer care and also the no. which was given by the person who attended us. It has been two months since we bought our dishwasher .

    Bought a IFB dishwasher which is under the warranty period.It started leaking after a few months.Technicians came and went,each claimimg we are lying.Helpline also claimed that our machine had been repaired.Emails,phone calls were all ignored.After 5 months of constant persuasion they came and took the machine for repairs,said will be back after 2 days .We let a week/10 days pass by and became increasingly worried. IFB kept passing the buck whenever we called and there was no news of the machine.

    Now we have decided not to ever take the machine back.Such mental agony experienced throughout with the machine hardly working during the warranty period and such digusting unprofessionalism shown by IFB through out,amazes one and that too during the warranty period.We have taken a stand that we donot want the machine back and IFB should refund back money.

    Exclamation IFB- retailer service

    Respected sir/mam,
    I had purchased the microwave convection 25SC3 from Bholi brothers, Hall Bazaar,Amritsar on 23/10/2010. On the time of purchasing, they told us about the gift offered by company(Induction cooker + Electric Kattle) with the amount of 11,800.
    On that time they had said that we will give you the gifts within two days from the date of purchasing. I have been called so many times to the shop, & no. of times had been visited to the shop personally. but they are not giving us any kind of response. They had promised us that we will give you the gifts in specific time,but they have failed to do so. So, its my humble request to you please ask from them about my gifts & take some actions upon them. My invoice no. is 2288.
    I will be very happy if you will take any kind of action on my complain.

    Exclamation IFB Washing machine

    I have an IFB Elena washing machine and in June 2010 , the service representative changed Motor Control circuit board and they charged approximately Rs.1800.

    And today again the same Motor control board which they replaced in June gone bad and again they changed it and charged around Rs. 1800.

    It is not a China product to go bad in six months time.

    Such useless, bad quality products are being manufactured by IFB.

    And they are giving only one month guarantee for the Motor control circuit board.

    Any product these days, bear one year warranty.

    IFB is exploiting the customers on this after sales service front.

    Angry Ifb washine machine complaint

    My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in Gurgaon.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Gurgaon is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.
    the complaint has been lodged repeatedly with BANSILAL AND COMPANY GURGAON(VIKAS ,AREA MANAGER 9311683942 AND BHATNAGAR,BRANCH OFFICER 9910202302).complaint number 5449683 lodged on 20th november 2010.
    would somebody look into our problem and call back immediately or do we need to submit our problem to consumer service.

    Unhappy Ifb microwave oven complaint

    Microwave oven 17pgis is not functioning. I have complained many times to your employee one mr.satish at kakinada. But he turned deaf ears to my request. It shows scant request for your customers. Last year in january i complained many times to the same employee but he didn't turn up. If this trend continues, how can the customer pose confidence in the products of your company. If you remain apathetic to the requests of your customer, we will have to move the consumer grievances.     Request no. 140422, was made on 13-01-2011. Depsite humpty no. Of telephonic calls to ifb people, ms.poornima (080-30585162), branch head (080-30585164), delivery person senthil (9986021186), no action even after lapse of two weeks. Was assured attention within 24 hours, but no action even after 3600 hours. Its doubted that ifb bangalore people have resorted to corrupt practice and illegal hoarding activities with a view to sell the supplements in black markets at higher price?

    Its unfortunate corrupt practice has started engulfing private sector also?!?!?!

    I would say IFB is providing excellent services here at Mumbai ,Infact they visit and do free cleaning of my wahing machine & dish washer every six month without any charges ,even they do free delivery of detergent etc..

    Hats off to IFB service guys.

    I am Pankaj Rathod from Arakkonam, Tamilnadu, India. I paid for Annual
    Maintenance Contract of my IFB Microwave Oven on 06.09.2010 to IFB
    service Person. My oven got faulty before three months and since then
    i have been lodging a complain online, and calling their customer
    care. The service person named Siva comes and makes me fool by telling
    that i will come with the spares next week and then he comes after a
    month, when complained for four to five times. IFB sevice department
    want to just pass the time so that my AMC period expires. The product
    they sold to me got faulty just in 14 months and now since three
    months i have been complaining and also paid for the AMC but they are
    not turning up for the repair. Purchasing a IFB product was one of the
    biggest mistake i made and suffering since then.

    ifb products are no more guarantee of good quality and good service.My washing machine is under amc and it is breaking down regularly.Call center for registering complaints simply forwards them to area service center. There is no check whether a complaint is closed or not. My complaint no. is 5928215.Service center at noida ' laxmi service center' is completely unorganised. several different service engineers have visited me just to ask what is the problem.Each time, i am told that some parts need to be changed and that ends the story. When i call them, a new guy turns up and it is the same saga.Calls to some Mr.Parihar have also not yielded any results.Now i am told to call some Mr Gaur but his phone no. 9350341656 is switched off. PLS DO NOT BUY IFB PRODUCTS IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO SUFFER LIKE ME>

    Going for branded product by paying huge amount & then moving here & there for service its unbeleavable i havent expected, recently we have gone for DISH WASHER & WASHING MACHINE of IFB company.

    My dishwasher was not working so we contacted with local dealer & he replied to be repaired within 3 day but nothing happened even after repeatedly communication ultimately afer 30 days he passed no.of Mr.Mohit who is service incharge working for the company but never need to communicate ultimately after having some hard communication they said the part was not available with the company & we are trying to arrange it from Delhi, after not satisfynig with his approach I have searched the senior manger no.Mr.Ajay jain he assured to reply & i am waiting for his reply.

    Do the company having any system or not.Once the compaint has been regesterd I hope the company should check the status why the company is dependant on local people.This bring negative image of company.It was better for us that we might have cleaned our utensil on our own rather depending on these people Now i am waitng for next 24 hour for M.Ajay jain call else i have to go local consumer court

    My name is Raj and i hail from Nang****lur, Chennai. I have a 7Kg digital IFB front loading washing machine (5 yrs old). I entered into AMC with IFB on 21st April 2010. I am writing this today on 11th April 2011 and till now no one has come from IFB service to do a preventive maintenance. The machine ran into problem on 21st March 2011 and I lodged a complaint on the same day and for 5-6 days no one turned up. then I had to go to thier service dealer - Nobra home solutions (the worst service dealer i have come across my entire life)... They have no customer service mentality and there was no proper person to address my query, a lady newly appointed just kept telling me that she is new and does not have any answer to my querry. One Srinivas (supposidly the care taker), spoke rude to me and finally sent a person that day evening. He changed couple of electronic boards in the next 2 days and then informed that one of the board has to come from IFB and left the scene. For the next 6-7 days there was no response from thier side. Then I again went to Nobra and asked them the status. They just mentioned about year end and the part not available at IFB. I asked them that atleast they could have called me and informed about it. But they are so rude that they just kept blaming the IFB parts supply system and the computers for not showing the due service in thier records. I being a poor customer is yet to get the board replaced (or) even a IFB customer care (or) the service dealer to call me and inform the status.

    With the above frustration, I finally decided to throw the machine into garbage and buy a new machine which I did.

    The frustration was that every time a new person speaks from the IFB care (phone no. 1860 425 5678) and I have spoken to several people by names Shamala, Ashwini, Divya, Kavya + many more. Initially they gave me the contact numbers of Nobra home solutions like 9043012444, 9551280028, 9381086792... You could try this, it only sings, but no one will pick up....& even if some one picks up (after a very long try), they would not give you any comitment.

    This group of IFB and thier service dealers are like Totally non commital... Like "we will do when we get parts" & when will you get parts??? God only knows...

    This is a sucking attitude of IFB and especially thier service dealer. Totally customer frustrating..

    It is now almost 20 days and the IFB machine is in the garbage and I now have a Samsung top loading machine... Let me see how Samsung's service is????

    Default no demo of newly purchased IFB Microwave oven

    I purchased a 30 litres IFB convection microwave oven from M/S Bajaj Electronics, Panjagutta, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh on 13.04.2011 vide invoice no. MALL/GR11/2161 which was delivered by the shop on 14.04.2011. The same day I received a call from IFB service engineer that he will be there at my residence within one hour. But till today he has not turned up. My oven is lying idle like a showpiece at home. Had I known that the service of IFB is this horrible, I would not have purchased it and would have gone for some other brand. Please ask your service engineer to contact me immediately and come over for the demonstration.
