I had brought a IFB Washing Machine (Front Load - DIGITAL SX 6 KG) with 5 years full warranty. Last week I registered a complaint with IFB Customer Care.

I have already called the customer care couple of times,and they keep saying that an engineer would attend shortly. It is now over 4 days and I am not able to wash any clothes. There is no sign of any engineer, not even a call.

In the last wash all the clothes got torn by the rolling drum, and I am scared to use it any further, without proper checkup and problem resolution.
