There is a repeated complaint of Spin not working since last four months. I have registered complaint on 28.07.11, 17.08.11, 17.09.11 and again today on 19.10.2011. Issue is not getting resolved. No proper response

My IFB washing machine is front door machine and for the past 3 weeks it is not working because the drum is not rotating. Looks like the rubber belt which connects the drum is broken. I am in extended warranty but still I have been asked to pay Rs.500 for changing this rubber belt stating that the warranty holds good for only the electronic items. Well! even after I agreed to pay (which is not fair for I paid extra money for extended warrantly), still no one has come to replace the rubber belt. I've been calling IFB customer care service many times and they keep saying that they'll send someone but so far, no one has come to replace it. Why should a customer undergo so many difficulties even after paying sooo much ? I am working and my clothes are lying around for more than 2 weeks. I am very much displeased with how customers are handled.
I'm from Chennai, Selaiyur, Madambakkam. Kindly do help me!!
