I registered my complaint no. 5228466 on 5.10.2010 on the helpline.
On 9.10.2010 the technician came for the first time after repeated calls to the helpline, service office and his personal mobile. He is rude and uncooperative.

My washing-machine is still out of order as he can't find time to get the part that needs to be changed from the office. I am suspicious of his motivation in troubling me.

A horrible experience and no redress in sight. Please let me know what I should do to get my machine repaired and also bring the defaulters - the Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, Service office - to the book.
