I have a microwave of IFB which stopped working with in warranty period,for which i registered a complaint on 24th DECEMBER 2011 under the complaint no.7918683,with assurance of response with in 48 hours . TILL DATE THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE .ON REPEATED REMINDERS TO HELPLINE CENTRE AND SERVICE CENTRE,NO POSITIVE ACTION CAME FROM THEIR SIDE .When contacted on the 24 hour helpline they hand me numbers,which do not respond or give assurance of service with in 48 hours but technicians/servicemen do not come or call back (eg. 01122437182 ,09811869269 )
Such an irresponsible behavior on part of such a reputed company is simply unacceptable.
I hope my complaint would be heard and some action will be taken.
