I purchased an oven 20SC2 through Homeshop 18 and got the delivery on 4th August. On opening the box of starter kit I found the cake tray was used by someone which had clear traces of left-overs and was having a foul odor of rotten food. Several complaints have been made over phone and on the official website of IFB but of no avail. The guys are simply trying to brush it off, waiting for my anger to die down.
It is really pathetic. How can such a company treat its customers in such a way and still claim to be one of the leading brands in the market?
