i have a washing machine of IFB which is registered with the annual maintenance contract (AMC no. 233081). i was facing some trouble with machine for which i complained on 9th Jan under the complain no. 8031215. the company representative visited on 10th Jan and suggested that the drum and the bearings of the machine are required to be changed. till date none of the above have been realized because of the negligence on part of the company. when contacted on the 24 hr helpline my calls are being directed from one desk to another which do nothing but hand me numbers that either do not exist or are never attended (e.g: 01164714428, 9910124428).
the AMC promises to attend to the complain within 24 hours but that right now seems to have gone down the drain. such an irresponsible behavior on part of such a reputed company is simply unacceptable. the AMC money that we have given seems to now go waste and this is not the first time that the company is behaving this way. i have full record of the time period and the names of the customer care representatives whom i talked to once when my complain was attended after a period of 3 months. i was then promised that such a thing would never be repeated but here we are again sailing in the same boat.
