Hi, I am a customer of IFB.I am using ifb washing machine (digital 6 kg) which is under AMC No.231638.On 9 Nov 2011 it went out of order , comp. no.-7591654 but for 3 days no one turned up. Then i made call to service centre, one technician named Santosh came & examined the machine but didn't repair for 2 days. So i made a call to Ms. Deepika one of the official from ifb.Then it got repaired but the drum of the machine is not changed . When we asked that technician said as you complained to the office now it is not going to change. We told him that we we will approach to consumer court he said casually we want you to go to consumer court. On the same day again it went out of order we complained on helpline but they said as previous complaint is not closed so we are forwarding your complaint on the same comp. no. Then again no one turned up for the whole week.Again on 21 Nov. 2011,i complained about it , comp no.-7674409, 22 Nov 2011 the same technician came examined & went back, till now it is not repaired.the whole story is repeating. I am wasting my money in calling here & there to ifb service centre & officials. More over my 2&1/2 month old daughter is suffering from diaper rashes as hand washed clothes are not drying up easily due to winter & i have to keep her in diaper due to carelessness of ifb personnel.
Kindly look into the matter & do the needful as soon as possible.
