My washing machine was not working . I made a complaint to customer care on 10-5-2010IFB rep attended the problem. He told that the belt has to be changed and he will be coming with new belt by next day. He came four times with several belt and none of them was suitable. Finally he told that drum has to be alligned with the motor.but till to date no technician came from IFB. I made several calls to customer care ms.raji (04424865661), ms lakshmi (9840098951, 04442647625) and ms.priya.(9344011778). The reply from all of them were "the technician will be coming within an hour, but since last one week nobody is coming. If I asked after one hour, the reply is same like before. Since last 10 days my washing machine was not working because of a single belt and I really got fed up with ifb service centre. Such a poor service I have never experienced in my life.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
