I had logged a compliant for service of my IFB washing machine 5 weeks back. My customer number is 1085404. I have been calling the helpline and the service center umteen number of times but no one has come for the service yet. They gave me the escalation numbers of one Mr.Sharat and Mr.Sharma. But calling them also didnot work anything.

I seriously dont know how they could have a service pending for 5 weeks. For a paid service itself these people dont turn up, how do they expect to turn up if we pay a AMC? It is just money down the drain.
