    Default Ill behaviour after selling the product

    Hello,

    This is to inform you that I have bought a Samsung Air Condition from E Zone, E Mal, Kolkata on 3rd of May 2012 and the ac was installed in my home the other day, but the installation engineer was in a hurry and didnt explained where to install the compresor for better cooling and installed it saying that the place which I told to install the compresor in my house will be fine which resulted in very low cooling. So on 7th I again gave a call and complained in the Samsung Toll free number. They dispatched their engineer but he told the same engineer will come and again install at a different place from where cooling will be fine and the time decided was 8 o clock in the morning but no one came then when I called again they told they will come at 11 am but again no response do when we again cslled them at 12 pm they told us we will not do the work from your timing do watever you eant to go Delhi mumbai Consumer Cout wherever you want your work will not be done. The Name and Adress of the Service centre is "Astec Services - 26/H/4, Portary Road. Kol - 15."

    I want to take some action against them.Plese guide me rightly.
