i got a 2 cylinder gas connection from Dalip gas agency, near pusa campus, new delhi-110012. from the first booking onwards the supply is improper. delivery will be made at their own convenience. most of the time we have to call so many times the dealer and the delivery boy from where the response will be very poor. they will be saying that, when i went there is no one at home. but the persons at home will be saying that they didnt turned this side. gas cylinder will be very old even with out the letters Indane on it. some times under weight, with out proper seal. never it was supplied with in 15 days. now i booked the cylinder in first week of february. still it is not supplied. though i'm having 2 cylinders, most of the time both will be empty and i will be forced to get it from my neighbour.
as i'm a central govt officer,i cant take leave every month for a week just to buy a gas cylinder.
