Dear Sir,

We have a Indane Gas Connection in the name of my Mother Krishana Verma and the consumer no is 848418. We had Book a LPG cylinder on dated 19/10/2010 and it was never delivered at our home. On 4th Dec, We personally visited the agency they said that the previous booking was cancelled as nobody was at home at the delivery time, and they took a fresh booking on 23/11/10 and they told us that it will deliver one or two days. But now 2 months has passed. We were not obliged by a cylinder.This is kind of pathetic situation that after two months they did not give us a refill cylinder.

This is my kind request to the higher authorities that please take this matter seriously and do the needful.
