we got a letter that we got a gas cylinder connection no 111550490002407 and contact in seven days . when we went to pay for cylinder within seven days they spoke very badly and said its a closing time and come after seven days . if it was a closing time cant they inform . we said we want only cylinder and no gas flame plate they said we have to give payment slip of that gas flame plate. if already one person has inspected our kitchen and seen the plate i dont think that is required. we r doctors we dont get time and when we went they talked so badly. kindly do needful.

I had booked the gas for my house and I was told that the gas will be delivered with in one weeks time. Till today we didn't receive it.this is not the first time we are facing problem every time they are selling cylinder in black.they are not delivering cylinder. even if we complain in office they are not responding. Whenever I call the nos given by them are busy..i am wondering whether they are getting many calls or just keeping their phones down or may be the staff keeping their phones busy while talking to their people


Plz. look in to the matter on priority basis and resolve the problem.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked a cylinder near about a month ago having Reg. No. J-35213 registered on the name of Mrs. Lalita. We had not received the cylinder as yet when we approached to the nearest branch of Indane (Kirti Nagar) they replied that the gas had been delivered to you on 29/09/10 and you had received it. When we ask for receiving they showed the blank slip on which there was no receiver's signature on that.

I dont know where they had sold it out but we had not received and they are not booking another one because of the policies that only one cylinder can be provided in 21 days.

Please tell what to do and please solve this problem on priority basis.
