i have been delivered with Leaking gas Cylinder by Agency Delivery Man, which when we detected the Leakage we immediately reported that to the Mahabir Agencies (Authorized Indane Gas Agency), Saraidhela, Dhanbad, Jharkhand on 18/09/2011. However after repeatedly complaining to them both by phone and personally to the Officials there, They never visited the cylinder and when now the cylinder is empty due to continuous leakage, they are now refusing to replace the same. my consumer ID no is 24095 and is registered by name of Mr. Lakshmeshwar Sahu
