want to lodge complain regarding my harassment, while purchasing mobile phone through India Times Shopping. Recently, on 25 Nov 10 i booked an order to India Times Shopping to purchase mobile phone. My order no. 112721467 amounted to INR -3198.00 and i have paid the amount through credit card on the same day. According to deal, I was supposed to get my consignment within seven working days. But, despite all the efforts, i could not get my consignment in stipulated time frame promissed by the agency. Finally, with lot of persuence and phone calls i could get my itme only on 10 Dec 10, that is approximately after 11 working day. This inconvenience has caused lot of harassment and mental fatigue to me. I want to take on this agency India Times Shopping to consumer court and claim for the harassment and inconvenience incured to me due to their fault.
