I booked my gas Jyoti Gas Scheme No 10 Alwar(Rajasthan) after 21days on after received my Cylinder. my consumer No. 504266 and gas booking No 13131 on dated 13.11.2010 .The staff of gas agency informed that can book the gas cylinder only after 21 days after the gas delivered . But we regretted to inform that till date i.e.23.11.10 dealer did not supply gas. Every time they take 20 days or more to supply of gas every time.
Sir, I already visited to agency 3-4 times but they replied that cylinder not available and delivered after 20 days for booking . how can it is possible that first cylinder book 21 days and after this get 20days also . please look in the matter and take necessary action please
