Honourable Sir,

I bought one KAFF Opaque Iland Chimney from Kitchen Gallery 1496, 1st Floor, Wajirnagar Koltla Mubarak Pur New Delhi-110003, Ph.011-41556475 Mob.:-9911166959 E-Mail Address :-kitchengallery@ gmail.com at the cost of Rs.30000/- around 6months back. The above dealer told that the Chimney Bill etc. will be delivered and Installed at your premises within 48Hrs. but it got delivered only after 7days and asked for the delivery charges Rs.600/- extra and the Engineer who came for the Installation asked for Rs.2000/- and Rs.5000/- for the Pipe and other material which I paid to him. He wrongly fixed the Chimney and also did not made that Functional and told that He will come next day but He eloped.
Instead of my repeated reminder to the Kitchen Gallery nothing materialized except they provided me the Kaff Helpline No.9910990141 and told that as soon as the chimney delivered our work finished now it's the duty of Kaff to take care of Installation etc.
Now, I am helpless what should i do, kindly help me.
