This is to inform you that I have made a complaint to the company in their phone number 18601804558 on 3rd July '10, as my Kelvinator Refrigerator is not functioning properly. Mr. Sumit of customer care has taken my complaint and gave me a complaint number GW0710000061 dt. 03/07/10 and also told me that the complaint will be attended within 48 hours.

Today is 18th July and no one from company's side has attended the complaint. In the mean time I have talked to their customer care 3 times. All the time Ms. Nisha, Mr. Amit & Mr. Shankar of customer care have repeatedly told the same thing that my complaint will be attended very shortly.

I am making this complaint to you as no one from the company is listening my grievance properly. Please look into this matter urgently.

I had purchased a Kelvinator 220 Lit frige S.No-11500076 from Vinod Agencies,Jalgaon (Maha.) vide cash receipt no-428 dated 12.05.2007.One fine morning,the frige stopped working.Then firstly I reported to vinod agaenies & then to customer care no 18004194040.I received a complaint no-MAS 0901110005 & only 2 days time to deal complaint without any charge.

Today,atleast 8 days have passed, I am waiting for the serviceman/Engineer who can help me.

The salesman had promised me at the time of purchase that the frige has no complaints so far & service in case of need is excellant,which I am seeing now.

Now,I hope that for the sake of goodwill of Kelvinator company,you will prefer to help me.

Mr. AZAR , of customer care has taken my complaint and gave me a complaint number AHM1804110018 dt. 18/04/11 and also told me that the complaint will be attended within 48 hours.

Today is 1th MAY and no one from company's side has attended the complaint. In the mean time I have talked to their customer care 15 times. All the time Mr.NIKHIL & Mr. ROHIT of customer care have repeatedly told the same thing that my complaint will be attended very shortly.

I am making this complaint to you as no one from the company is listening my grievance properly. Please look into this matter urgently.
