We purchase a kenstar mixer modelNo: KMR75W5S-MEP 4 jars 750 watts with 6 years warrenty mixer in july 2010, from Ameerpet shop, from next week onwards its started giving trouble. so we showed to kenstart service center, they said we should not load , it will work for only and only 10 minutes,, i want to why it is not working like previous mixie kenstar, what is the use of giving 6 years, warranty, and 600 watts electricy,, every week it gives problem, we use it rarely weekly twice,, and it giving trouble every week it have been to service center from july to till date 10 time,,

kindly solve my problem what shall i do, shopkeeper is not responding to that complaints,,, what shall we do with that mixie, whether company will that mixie or is there any solution for it.. if so, pls reply and solve our problem....
