I have a complant against kenstar a/c repair centre(authorised service centre in Chandigarh), Max service centre. My a/c was not working since 07th Apr 2010,n i had complained in the call centre on the same day. Then these people took the a/c n the harrassment started. A series of calling them everyday led to the arrival of my a/c on 21st, without any bill the filter that they had taken along with the ac. There was nobody who had come to fit the ac n the cart guy asked for Rs 2300 without it getting fitted n checked. I forced them to first fit n then only pay. Anyways the a/c was working but it worked only for 10 days n stopped cooling again. Again a series of clls n today i received my a/c back again without the filter n the electrician who could fit it. It has been a horrifying experience n still i havent received the filter from them. They spoke foul to us n behaved very unprofessionally from day 1. Pl help..
