I purchased Kenstar make air cooler on 03/06/10, having swing operation is not working from 05/06/10.
We register complaint on 22/06/10, having complaint no.- PUN2206100095 then again register on 24/06/10, 25/06/10 & 28/06/10. Each & every time customer care engineer told me that we will solve your problem with in 24 hrs. but till date nobody attend our complaint.
If kenstar service is too poor then why they are committed for 24 hrs. ?
I think they can not solve our problem in 24 days.
