Since I have great faith and trust in Videocon Brand Name, I naturally chose the Kenstar Karishma Multi Processor MF 0808 , when I decided to purchase a new food processor last week.

On month of july 10th I purchased model no. MF 0808,

This morning when we decided to use the processor for grinding a handful of cashews and raisins, we realized saw somesmoke coming out of the machine. Soon our kitchen was full of burning smell and smoke from the machine. We immediately
switched off the machine and lodged a complaint.

5. We are really disappointed that putting so much trust in Videocon brand name, will lead us to such frustration on the very first day of using the food processor.

We are really concerned and disturbed over the fact that when we brought the issue of a noisy motor on the day when a service person visited us for demonstration, why he ignored our concern and didnt address the issue in the right spirit.
