I have purchased one water heater (kenstar 15l jacuzzi) from khosla electronics pvt.ltd. on 09.11.2009.the product name and model no. KGS15W4P. and bill no 1739. I have lodged a complain on 01.07.11 and customer care support confirmed my complain sending a sms to my mobile no 9002086181. a service officer came and visited that appliance but registered the complain as a toaster instead of water heater. I became astonished and lodged another complain on 05.07.2011 and the customer care officer assured me several times (on 05.07 at 13.22 & 06.07 at14.04 & 16.07 at 11.48 and on 21.07.2011) with different named service officer will visit my house .but nobody appeared. It seems I have to wait till warranty expiry date on 09.11.2011 .

please resolve it as soon as possible.
