i was gifted a kenstar sandwich maker. whnened the pack we found the hinges were broken so we made a copliant to the customer care. the engineer on checking said at since we dont have the bill as it was a gift hence he would not be able to relace the entire equipement but he would replace the plates. when even after 3 weeks we did not get a reply we called customer care to check and we were told that our complaint is closed and no action would be taken since their is no bill ans warranty card is of no use without the bill. we tried to explin them the whole situation. we even wrote a mail to the company but till date their has been no reply from the company's end.although we do not have the bill but we do have a warranty card duly stamped and signed by the dealer. if the warranty card hold no value an only bill is important then why do they have provision of warranty card. bill is only a proof of purchaes. why should the guarantee be void eb=ven when their is a proof in warranty card.![]()
