I have purchased a Kent RO water Purifier from the company directly. The pump of the machine started making noise after 2-3 days. I lodged complaint with service center and the pump was replaced. The new pump again started making noise after 2-3 days and was erpalced again.Third time again. I now want my money back since the machine is under warranty. I am made to speak to this number that number but there is no satosafctory response. I have also spoken to Mr Raina their Sales Head (Or so I was told).

I want to fight it out come what may and want my money back.
