COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM

I purchased the KENT RO SYSTEM MODEL PRIDE vide serial number KR-110301100 DATED 25-04-11 from NU-TEC ENTERPRISES SHOP NO: 36, HUDA MARKET, SECTOR-28, FARIDABAD by paying more than Rs.13,650.I had the problem that the purified water is not coming into the water tank from last 6 days.I complained for many time to the dealer and kent RO service center but they haven't taken any action till now since then, I have been facing the problem.NU-TEC ENTERPRISES is not giving any response and talk with abused language.Please take the strict action against NU-TEC ENTERPRISES and KENT RO service.
