    Default Kent water purifier

    Taken the kent purifier from a dealer in calcutta , The after sale service of the dealer is good although the machine is a defective one. whenever they come and repair it , it works only for a week and again it started malfunctioning. I asked them to replace it but they are adamant of not replacing it. Its not even one year we purchased it .. We are helpless and feel cheated to get the KEnt purifier installed as it was a good brand . pls help

    We still are suffering badly.. and would like you to intervene in the matter , Water is the basic neccesity in life and we are facing problems regularly due to malfunctioning of the machine every now and then as there is too much iron content in the water supply...we have also called aquaguard people and they will be quoting for the same...in the meantime if the machine can be replaced or can be repaired to be the new we will not switch to aquaguard...pls take necessary action ..my contact number 9874810473... pls call and solve our grievances ...if we get ill ... it will be because of ur product ... and you have replied after one and half months ... if problem is not nip in the bud then and there what will be the situation of the consumers ? they will felt cheated ... u have a nice brand ... and dont spoil your brand image ... i have other kent purifiers installed in my offices and factories which are working fine...but from now whenever i have to purchase any new water purifier machine i will think twice before buying or recommending anyone to buy kent .,.. so do something immd and dont waste another month for it...
