I bought Samsung 375 litre Refrigerator From Khinoor Kandivali (west). After he delievered at home I realized that the refrigerator which I bought was too big for a family of Three members so I requested him if could exchange the other fridge of 340 liter Samsung.but he refused by saying its not in our policy, once the product bill is punched we can't do anything.Can u please help me with it?
