Sub: Electronic Hand Blender – mfg by Koryo Company.

Ref: Purchased on 13-12-2010 through Big Bazar, Kachiguda with
warranty for Two Years.

On using the blender it was found that water was leaking inside and it got rusted completely and it was given for repair to Big Bazar on 21-06-2011, and they had returned after some repair on 16-07-2011.

It was found that water was leaking after so-called repairs and it was again at the service centre of Koryo as per the advice of Big Bazar on 18-7-2011.

The Service centre had delivered the blender after month 17-8-2011 and it was found that the leakage problem was not solved.

The Blender was again given to the service centre on 18-8-2011 and they said that there has been some manufacturing defect and they agreed to replace the blender unit within a week.

The service centre has been dodging for the last three months saying that they have not received the spare part or unit.

It is prayed that the company may be directed the replace the blender or refund my bill amount together with cost that the court may decide fit for my suffering & agony.
