Purchased a Koryo Microwave Owen on 14/11/2011. The turn table of the oven cracked on 7/12/2011. I have called the customer care and since then they have not replaced it. The Microwave was not used for even a month and daily usage was less than 10 mins. Have called up several times and everytime the customer care has provided incorrect information. The compliant number is 357987. Pls advise
