I bought a vaccume cleaner of Koryo company from Big Bazaar around 2 yrs back and it was working properly but 6 months back I lost the dust bag somewere and I contected so many times to Koryo customer care deptt and service center but every time I got false commitments from them and till date I have not received my dust bag and vaccume cleaner is no more in use and totly wastage for me.
Big Bazaar is not taking any responsibility regarding this. My complaint is against both of them.
When any company is not able to provide services to their customers and misguiding them then why such kind of shopping malls are selling their products to customer.
Both are harreshing the customer in different way.
Pls help me to get the dust bag so that I can re-use my VC.
