Sir I have purchased two window AC.Date of purchace of the first one is 20/06/2006(MODEL-KWM12AR) & second one was purchased on 20/08/2008(MODEL -KWR12AO).Today when I complaing both of them are not working & the first one is lying at service station since 24/08/2009 and the problem with it is it was not cooling but till date it has not been repaired and when ever we contact them to check whether it has been repaired they will always tell we have not received components that are to be replaced .The second one when broke down it was within gaurantee period.It's compressor has failed when it was sent to the service station they told us since currently we do not have new compressor let ur replace compressos of the first ac because that one is o.k and whenever we receive new compressor it will be put in the earlier ac from which this one is taken but sir I will like to bring to your knowledge that even that ac is not working smoothly some times it cools and some times doesn't.So at the moment the problem is that one ac is lying with them since 2009 and the another which is with us even that is not working smoothly.Sir I have lot of faith in you and hope my problem will be resolved at the earliest and will be compenceted adequately by punishing the persones concerned.

First of all, why did you go for this Koryo AC. There are much better brands like Daikin India, Hitachi, Samsung etc. AC is a very expensive product and to spend so much money on a Koryo thing is foolishness.

Make it a point to buy any type of cooling products from Daikin India. They have a range of cooling options like Chillers, Purifiers, Coolers. And guess what they are superb with the cusotmer service and their products are also robust. just like Samsung. And yes you'll just need not go to foolers like Star CJ etc.

This is the first time that I have heard of Biosleep AC and now you are saying that it is not working properly. I am not going to buy ac like that. Instead i will go for regular Daikin, Hitachi or Haier ac

My dear first of all tell me, when the Indian Market is so full of major leading Air Conditioning brands- Samsung, LG, Hitachi, Haier, Daikin India- it is full of variety... then why did you go for this Koryo. I mean who uses this. It is no wonder that they are troubling you.
