If your 10 days old LG AC is not working then all you need to do is to ask them for a replacement sternly and if they are refusing or avoiding you then all you should do is to sue them legally. That is the only option left for you and it will also teach them a lesson. Show them how other brands like Daikin or Samsung functions.

LG products are good in terms of reliability, pricing and performance, but every product cannot be same. You must try other brands, as there are much better brands like Daikin India, Hitachi, Samsung etc available in the market. AC is a very expensive product and to spend so much money on voltas is foolishness.
