i have purchased your company product LCD 19" ,this serial number 00133pgz503444y and model no. l519puykaxl, i have purchased 29-07-2010 from VR computer 27 DD plaza mathura , when i opened your product it was found faulty (power is not coming ) after than i visited your authourised service center29-07-2010 (same Day) in mathura this service center managed by S.M Enterprises H.N. 38 Manas Nagar Maholi road ,Mathura , after filing complant on dated 29-07-2010,40 days alredy passed but i am still and in dark and helpless , the peoples of service center are not responding properly.

this is my humble request to you that kindly look this matter seriously
