I bought this product online in mid october, they sent a totally damaged and broken product. Till now i have called them atleast 50 times and mailed more than 15 times, every time they say we are looking into the matter, after being a little rude they said they are going to send someone for the pickup of the broken product and after that they will refund but again it has been 10 days since they said that and nothing has been done.
