I have purchased 0.75ton LG window AC from a shop in borivali. When i have visited shop MRP mentioned was 10990/- & after negotiation shop keeper agreed to give me @ Rs.10750/- inclusive of tax. Accordingly i have made payment but when i have recd delivery of AC, MRP printed on box was Rs.10690/- inclusive of tax and the same serial no.is printed on bill as well as cartoon box.

kindly let me know my rights - can i ask for excess amount which he has charged on?
can i file case against dealer as a cheating case as he has charged extra money ( excess than printed on box MRP)?
