I have bought LG 1Ton(DW3) 3star Air Condition on Sunday(16.05.10) from Snehanjali Retail Pvt.Ltd.Shridhar Palace,Opp.Roshan Petrol Pump, Murbad Road,Kalyan West. My B/No. is E310944, when their person delivered the AC, remote was not there in the box, it was informed to them. As on date(22.05.10) i have not received the remote of AC.
