Really Thanks by heart for your support.
Today Service men drop my AC in front of my gate, but i told them just wait for 10 min. I am coming from office.
But they did't wait there. Also AC have too much scratches in the body. I am Glad by the LG service's but why service men not take their responsibility seriously.
My condition is not to leave without AC. I am in top floor in rent. And even a single window is not in the room. No body can't stay in my room even for the 5 min without AC. Then you can imagine how i am spending my full night's in the roof.
Firstly dealer sell me damage AC then just passing it gurantee period by filling Gas again and again for two weeks. Now giving me a Scratches Ac. It purchased a new Ac and now it look like a garbage.
It's also happened with my LG monitor. Only After Three days a New LG monitor showing me a vertical line in center of the Screen. I go to Nehru place LG service center to repair It. They repair it after a week but again it repeat the fault, This was continue for the full warranty period. After passing the warranty period they denied to take any responsibility for this. Now i am using Samsung Monitor instead of LG. LG monitor is just like garbage for me.
Can you suggest me what should i do for this type of services. Where we should complain.
Overall my question from you is that "What i am getting By investing In LG". Now i am afraid to use LG. That's why i cancel to take New android based LG mobile and going to purchase Milestone Motorola in next week.
Please for the GOD Sake just repair my AC ASAP.

3 month back i purchged a LG Ac from the following Address

After one week from the purchaging date it blowing hot air. I complaint on service center. Service man checked the AC and told us that installation was not done properly by the service man, who also was from the LG(1500 paid him), and gas leaked by compression. He did it ok at that time. but again after two week it make same problem. They again fill the gas. Three time they just filling the gas for the one week. Shopkeeper owner denied to take responsibility for the AC. At finally My friend's father who is ac Maintenance guy checked the AC, and they told us the unit is not OK, it should be replace by the shopkeeper.
I already heared lot's of complaint for the LG services. Firstly i decide to take Voltas Ac. But i don't know why i purchased this AC. This was my mistake. But now i am totally frustrate by the LG service. After investing 25000 Rs, i didn't got any thing. Recently i purchased 7 Voltas Ac for the company. Same problem we faced but within 2 days they replaced our AC. This was the excellent service. That was the good experience with Voltas.
Please this time resolve my Issue full and final as soon as possible. Otherwise keep this Ac unit in your Shop i will go for other vendor.
