Default LG Customer Care Service

We purchased the LG double door refrigerator on 17/10/2008. We faced the following complaints within this 1.5 Years.

1. Within 1 week ----- Gas problem.
2. After 6 month -----Cooling problem.(not proper cooling. milk, vegetables and snacks items gets damaged.)
3. After 6 month ----- the service engg changed something inside freezer.
4. After 6 month ----- Cooling problem.(not proper cooling. milk, vegetables and snacks items gets damaged.). for this the service engg told to use hot water to clean the side of the door.
5. Now --------------- Cooling problem.(not proper cooling. milk, vegetables and snacks items gets damaged.).

Totally we dissatisfied your service and we are unhappy to purchased the LG double door fridge. I want replacement without any payment. Please take the immediate action within next week.

Default POOR SERVICE FROM LG, FOLLOWING SINCE 45 days, BUT NO RESPONSE

hi,

i have brought LG plasma 42 inch TV last year,
after some 7-8 months some red patches started appearing , we made compalin, person Rajesh also came to visit and suggested that panel sghould be changed.
Now its been 45 days, no one has turned up yet.
we followed up many times putting complains directly to customer care , but it seems LG is not interested to make money in future, with this poor service ..i ll not recoomend anyone to go for any LG product.

I had purchesed a LG LCD from Harba Electronics Badlapur E on 16/10/09. After 10 mon I noticed a yellow patch in the bottem screen then I called a service center & register a complaint on 27/7/10.After so many call no one either from lg or shopkeeper give me proper answer.After long time at the middle of Augest they told me that there is problem in pannel & they are going to replace it. but till month end they not received pannel from Delhi. Meanwhile Harba Elect. promised me to return my 100 % money for lcd . When I reached his shop on 31/8/10 he refuse to give me money and call for POLICE . He is not admitting that the pannel is fauilty.After talking with Mr.Nilesh from LG the thirdclass services provider ask for more 20 days for rectification.Is that mean life is good.

Default complain 4 mobile LG GD510

Dear sir,
i purchase a mobile LG GD510 on 3/07/10 and i am so comfortable with ma mobile but on 10/10/10 night my mobile side part of mobile screen is not working suddenly, i call to customer care and they give me the address of service center. on 12/10/10 i go there and give ma mobile for repairing and i have ma warranty card also, they say it not be charge for repairing but at evening they call me and say that some physical dimage is there, and they refuse to repair it free. I handle it goodly, because i love ma mobile. i asked them about reason they told me its because of some moisture it dimage, now ma question is that without fall in water how can d moisture is going into mobiale and diamage it cant resist a room temperature or what... and 1 more thing i booked a lg LCD ld340 from nehru place lg show room on 09/10/10 now m totely confused is it rite to buy u r lg company products.. for phone i have warranty bt u make them physical diamage.

Angry LG double door refrigerator GL528YTX4r

I purchased the subject refrigerator on 22/02/2010 from Kolkata.
Found the support ring of top glass shelf broken. Lodged a complaint on LG helpline on 21-09-2010.Service engineer attended two days later, promised to get back with the report the next day. When that did not happen, I called the helpline again, only to find that they have logged my complaint as a washing machine instead of my refrigerator. The complaint id was scrapped and a new one issued. This has happened twice ever since (yes, unbelievable but true!).The local rep (Jyotsna Electronics) told me on 09-10-2010 that the spare has arrived and will be fitted on 11-10-2010. The next day they told me that the spare has not been sent to them at all. What is happening? Why is everybody lying down the line? 21 days without redress, doesn't do any good to LG's reputation.
Further to this, I received a call from the Kolkata Service Centre (I assume it is Jyotsna Electronics) on 18-10-2010 saying the replacement shelf of my refrigerator has arrived and would be fitted anytime on that day. I waited the entire day followed by half of the next day with no further response from their end. I wonder if anyone at LG customer care really cares about providing due care to redress specific complaints, especially if the complaint is pending for as long as 28 days.
I hope the consumer court forum can take up my case. I have the original purchase document and the refrigerator is under warranty for manufacturing defects, which I strongly believe is the case with my refrigerator.

Default Demo person not visited till date

I had purchsed fr loading direct frive LG machine from VIjay sales CHinchwad Pune dated 6/11/10.Even after so many follow ups with the dealer till date no demo person has visited . I am extremely unsatiied with the services . If this is the response at the initial stage ,what would happen later on . I think i have done a mistake by purchasing LG product .

Default Incompetance of L.G personnel in replacing LG LCD 42LD460

I purchased a LCD from Vijay Sales, Chembur on 25th Oct , After its delivery and installation ,it experienced problems in starting. The T.V used to be in standby mode. A L.G personnell came and checked the problem. There was an issue with the power supply (mind you on a brand new set just a few days old). He promised us a replacement within 10 days. It is now 3weeks and there has been no reply from the L.G Personnell.

On calling up customer care, I was informed that as per their records the set had been replaced. I informed them that forget replacement, no one had even bothered to call and update us on the status. At this point they asked me to talk with the Sevice head.

After numerous attempts, I was lucky to get a response from the service head. I explained her the situation and she informs that the model was out of stock and should be probbaly available by next week. When asked for a date, she was not willing to commit on a delivery date.

I am just keeping my fingers crossed and hope I do not have to call up again next week asking for the next delivery date.

Life is not definitely Good with LG

Default LG LCT TV (32LG80FR) Power Supply Issues

I am facing a strange problem with my LG LCD TV (32LG80FR) since the time I purchased it in May-2009. I have noticed that the TV fails to turn-on during cold and moist conditions. And as if after sometime it gets sufficiently warmed-up, the TV automatically starts. This problem was first witnessed during last monsoon and has returned this monsoon as well. The tragic situation arises while reporting the condition to LG service center, because by the time I decide to call the technician, the problem gets resolved on its own. The LG customer support staff takes the problem casually and ridicules it saying that this is unheard-off.

Now when its warranty period is over, the problem has become serious. The TV will not start for hours together.

I now feel, life is terribly bad with LG. Off-course I would be stupid to even consider buying an LG product again.

Bought LG tv 29'' inches from Vijay sales Mahim. With in the warranty period there was a problem. After calling up N numbers of times some technician attended, the minute he left the screen went off BLACK with in 2mins, he didn't even bothered to respond the call. Payment was made in cash on the spot. After calling up continuously same guy appears and figures out that will have to replace the KIT since the part is not available, sounds strange LG company doesn't have parts for its own products. Any which ways the kit got replaced but immediate the next day there was some vertical lines on the top of the screen. Again called up every second day there use to be a new face doing some or the other experiment. All this happened in the span of 2Months. Finally decided to replace it.
On 28th of Nov 2010 company picked it up, nobody even bothers to call back or give feed back on the product inspite of calling frequently. NO one has any clue on it and was just passing the bug. Finally on 8th of Dec 2010 These guys (LG) they come up with same old tv with getting it repaired and fix if it with out getting checked.

Its almost more tha 2months now????

with gr8 regret i have to complaint dat it has been for bout one month and v hav not got proper and fruitful service for our microwave oven . we made complaints for many a times but dre has been no response from ur side.i live in jaisalmer and we have purchased our auto cook menu oven from sankhlecha brothers at jodhpur at29 of oct2010. there was some problem in its bulb. a man came from barmer opened all the parts of oven and took the bulb with him and assured to come widin three days...but bcoz of your poor service the man has not arrived since more then two weeks. my customer id no. isC10A2906306. I HAVE CALLED AT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE TOO BUT IF THIS TIME THE MATTER IS NOT LOOKED UPON THEN I HAVE TO MOVE TOWARDS CONSUMER COURT. EVEN A THNG CAN COME WIDIN A WEEK IF ITS BROUGHT FROM DELHI AND U PEOPLE R TAKING ONE MONTH FOR JUST A MINOR MISTAKE.THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH V HAVE PURCHASED IN WINTERS THAT IS NOT BEING FULFILLED...THIS IS MY LAST COMPLAINT NEXT WILL BE AN ACTION FROM MY SIDE....

Question Cheap Quality

All i assume is that the products are outsourced to manufacture some where in china they are packed by the manufacturer there and the next stop to the product is our home, where we unpack the thing, this is what i understood from LG, no quality control no customer service, well actually we cannot blame them for service, because the rate at which their products are failing, it has become quite normal for them to ignore few complaints in order to manage the work force. It is our mistake to entertain such a product of poor quality standard which tactically attracts consumer by offering at least 100/- less than it's nearest competitor but manages to extract all this with Rate of interest by the end of the product life.

by the way my experince with the product was that i bought a microwave and it gave up in 1 week, then a mobile phone, sim slot gone the very next day, now a 2yr old TV which i already send it to lg direct service for servicing and got it back in working condition, and with in a week got the same problem again.

Default life'good service

hello sir, I am srilata, residing in tadipatri,anantapur district. I paid for lg life's good plan on 20-4-2010. on that day there was a repair at the fan and a boy came and replaced. we are hearing some sound after the ac is on. after a moment hot air is comming instead of cool air. so, please make this point and send a person to repair it as soon as possible. Default LCD Power supply problem

I shocked to see customer service leval of LG electronics that despite of repeated complaint no RNA 110323039328 FROM 129 Vasundra appartment sec 9 Rohini DELHI 85 PH NO 9810979400 . No action has been taken till date even after 8 days of complaint . whenever i am contacting LG person they are claiming that they are waiting for spere parts . May i know . how much time they need to repaire a lcd in current scenario.

I do not want to consumer court but belives that in future i will not buy any product of LG nor recommoned any body .
