Respected Sir,

I have bought LG Plasma TV set on 20th August, 2009. I tried to check all components and operations in first week of July, 2010 before getting over the warranty by the company and I found that originally faulty set of TV is installed in my house.

I lodged a complaint with LG India Ltd. on phone and their technician visited my house. He requested for warranty card which was los by me unfortunately in the process of shifting my residence and the same I conveyed him but he was unable to repair my TV set without the warranty card.

Then I requested authorised dealer of LG Electronics M/s Snehanjali at Vasai, Dist- Thane, Maharashtra to provide me a duplicate copy of Invoice of purchase of this TV Set and they are unable to provide me for last one and half month. As my original invoice of purchase of the TV is with Bajaj Finance from where I obtained finance to purchased this TV even they failed to provide me a copy of this Invoice.

Thereafter I communicated by an appended email to LG as how I have became helpless to obtain substitute documents to get my TV repair under warranty and they promised me to coordinate with their dealer Snehanjali in order to get this TV repair under warranty. But despite of several reminders I am unable to get response over my complaint and I have been cheated by the company installing originally faulty set of Plasma TV.

Hence, I request your intervention to get my TV set repair under warranty by the company and to take appropriate action for cheating by installing technically faulty set of television.

I have purchased LG Plasma 32 tv set in the third week of August 2009 frm authorized dealer Snehanjali in Vasai, which has been financed by you.

Unfortunately I received delivery of faulty set which realise this month while operating input of Component 1 and 2. I am not able to get color picture in these components from DVD.

I have misplaced my waranty card and hence could not resolved technical issue under waranty. I have requested online for copy of original Invoice of Snehanjali submitted with you, but there is no response.

My Bajaj Finance A/c No.5770CD00003542.

I request you to provide copy of original Invoce from Snehanjaly either in the form of hard copy or scan image of the same.

Mean while I also request you to provide Invoice number of Snehanjali so that I can try to get it from the Snehanjali too.

Your prompt response over the same will be highly appreciated.
