Dear Sir,

this complain is regarding the service of My refrigerator Model GR-T232GP, which was out of warranty and stopped working suddenly and the problem was the inability to cool. A complain was registered to the customer care at tel. No, 022-39010909 on 28th April 2010 via complain no. C-105280061 which in turn was attended by the local service center-sky services, Mira Road on 29th April 2010. The problem diagnosed by the technician was the compressor failure which was replaced by them after charging Rs. 3542. Bill attached No. 1219. but the refrigerator stopped working after 5-6 hours and came up with the same problem. again a complain was to them via calling the local service center but nobody reverted back to the complain despite several reminders. later after few days again the complain was filed to the LG customer service via complain no. C-1051200658 on 12th May 2010. which was not attended by any one. Again two more complains were filed on 17th May C-1051712778 and 31st May 2010 C-1053115601 which in turn was attended by the executive diagnosing the problem with the capillary duct and demanded more money to fix the problem. which was again complained to the customer service which was not able to help on the issue and forcefully i have to pay the money for the capillary repair Rs. 560 via bill 1484 dated 2/6/2010. but the refrigerator is still not working and again the same was reported to the service center which in turn did nothing but sending the same unqualified mechanic which in turn came up with the new problem of defective capacitor.
i requested the service center to pay back the amount as they are not able to fix the problem but they straight away refused to do so and when i told that i will be compalining the same ot the consumer court/forum they told wherever you compalin we are not going to pay a single penny back.
this has been a painstaking period to work without the refrigerator and the torture from the service center part.
kindly help in sorting the issue and help in getting the compensation back from the service center.
