I am Arun Kumar Sarkar . I had bought a LG Tromm 7kg washing machine Model -WD-10165TP Serial No: 611PNVZO65791... around 4 years back on 15/04/07 from Furniture Bazaar.
Recently i had lodged a complain to the customer care deparment regarding my machine. They have given the service to Fairdeal Services one of your outlets in Vasundhara Ghaziabad.According to them the plastic drum was damaged. It has been around 10 days and now the technicians are saying that the plastic drum is no more available in market while the steel drum is available. I even feel that the techs are not upto the mark as they have given vauge statements most of the time.
How is it possible ? The product which i have bought 4 years back is now obselete??
Is this the type of services LG is providing to its customer.??
I have all my appliances be it a Plasma TV, 5 AC's , Fridge and many other things of LG.
I beleived in the company quality.
I request you to give the best solution or compensate for this delay at the earliest.
