LG After Sales Service is worst. They cannot fix up a monitor even after 1 month.

Background:
My name is Shamik Bhattachajee. I am one of your Customers and I own a LG monitor (Flat Screen) which is not working now. The Monitor was bought in the year of 2009 and is within Warranty Period.
I was told by your Customer care service that Blue Dolphin( Vashi, Navi Mumbai) is your registered service centres. Hence I have given my monitor to them on August 02, 2010 for repair. I was informed to place a complaint in Phone Banking/ Customer care and to give them the complaint number. I have received the complaint number C1080620018 on August 06, 2010, and i have given the complaint number to service centre people along with the Photocopy of the Bill which reflects the date i purchased.
Now each time I am calling the service center, they are informing that Parts are not available.
As i have lost my patience, I called up Phone Banking today to know the status of my complaint. I have spoken with 3 officers and one supervisor. The details of my communications are as below:
1st Officer: Ms. Sonal: She told me that status is pending and she assured me that I will receive a call within 2 hours :--> I have not got any call.
2nd Officer: Mr. Karthik: He told me that I will get a call within 1 hours and I may call Ms. Latha (who sits in Thane) on 09820871195 for assistance:--> I have not got any call and Ms. Latha has not bothered to pick my call
3rd Officer: Ms. Bhavna: She shold me the same status and i asked to transfer my call to Supervisor.
Mr. Supervisor: Mr. Chintn Makwana: He told me that i will receive a call within 1/2 and hour and I may call Mr. Vinay who is a Area Sales Manager.:--> Again I have not received a call and I came to know Mr. Vinay Wani has left the job one month back.

My Grievance:
1. On asking the TAT of one complaint your Phone Banking told me that its 24 hous. though 24days*24 hours has already been over my complaint is still Pending.
2. When I asked them for address of the Service Centre - they said they do not know the address
3. Phone Banking told me that i will receive calls though i never received
4. I though you are bringing parts from out of the world but your Phone Banking assured me that the parts will be comming from Delhi, Thats fine but my question is what is the transport system you use to send parts to another City. Even in less than 24 days I can send one part to Korea back through Ship.
5. on 28/08/2010 - i have received another complaint number which is C1082824976. that means that i need to wait for another 24 days.
6.Today I called up Customer care again and I came to know that both the complaint ID's are still pending
