We purchased LCD of LG company on 22-04-2011.we are extremely disappointed by its working.within the span of 10 months the T.V failed twice.first time panel was replaced with a great effort taking it to the servicing center and changing twice stating that it had been difficult for another panel to suit it.now it has failed completely.
i asked for replacement by a new one for which the company personnel are refusing and insisting to get it repaired.it is unfortunate that such a bad service prevails in such a reputed company.we are very much hurt and we demand replacement of the existing T.V by a new one.
